Ordering & Shipping

How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through the Ziro Cosmetics website at zirocosmetics.co.za.

What payment methods are accepted?

Ziro Cosmetics currently only accepts Yoco payments.

How long does shipping take?

We ship using the Courier Guy PUDO Locker option.

Delivery time will depend on your selected locker location, but orders typically arrive within a few working days after dispatch.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Do you offer in store collections?

Yes, we offer in-store collection for Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha) orders only.

Collections can be done from 24 Godlonton Avenue, Miramar, GQ, 6070, Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 2 hours. Please send a message to 060 842 3127 when you are on your way to collect your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

The website primarily caters to South African customers.

Returns & Refunds

What is the return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.
